Delivery Information

All products are dispatched from Hong Kong by Michael Gems Co. utilizing Hong Kong Post for all shipping services, which include parcel tracking.

**Hong Kong Post does not offer shipping to the US, so we will use an alternative method.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days following order confirmation.

Standard Shipping

International estimate shipping time: 7-14 days, but I cannot guarantee delays in mailing or delivery

Fast Shipping Service

Customers can opt to purchase a fast shipping service.

Upon order confirmation, products will be dispatched within 1-14 working days; pre-ordered items will require 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Customs and Import Taxes
